My client is one of the most recognisable brands in pharmaceuticals with a growing base of leading-name clients on their books.
The successful candidate will be responsible for being the main point of contact for a full team of staff who have questions, queries or issues with software and hardware within the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*1st line support
*Logging new tickets and keeping existing tickets up to date
*Acquiring updates from the IT Manager on any outstanding tickets and passing these on to internal staff members
*Providing a quick first response to customers
*Providing basic IT technical support, resolving tickets at the point of logging where possible
*Setting expectations in terms of timescales and required actions
*Providing technical services to set up new PCs and printers.
Knowledge and Experience:
*Experience in a 1st Line Support role
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ability to find and resolves problems
Salary and Benefits:
*Annual salary increases
*Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
