This is an exciting opportunity with one of the leading players in supplying hi-tech equipment to a range of small businesses to large corporations with a local, national and international reach.
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide admin support directly to the Manager and also supporting the wider team.
This role would ideally suit someone with similar experience and who is comfortable with working in a team and equally comfortable working independently.

The key responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide support for the team
  • Admin support for new projects
  • Processing and verifying invoices
  • Assisting the senior management team
  • Completing petty cash and credit card reconciliation
  • Typing correspondence, meeting notes and reports
  • Organising travel arrangements for the team
  • Answering calls and directing the calls as appropriate
  • Greeting any external visitors
  • Sort mail and also manage group email


Experience required for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Good administrative and secretarial experience including typing, printing, binding
  • Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude and approach
